IEEE ENERGYCON 2016, April 4-8, 2016, Leuven, Belgium.
Dear colleagues,
We are happy to announce that after several requests we are able to post-pone the deadline of the abstract submission to the IEEE EnergyCon conference till past the summer holidays. The new deadline is August 15th.
The 4th edition of the IEEE ENERGYCON 2016 conference will take place in the historic city of Leuven, Belgium on April 4-8, 2016.
One-page abstract submission deadline: August 15, 2015.
IEEE ENERGYCON 2016 is dedicated to experts carrying out research focused on energy and power systems. It has already become one of the central events for discussion on the application of electronics, instrumentation, information and communication technology to the energy industry. The conference provides an opportunity to scientists, professional engineers and engineering students to present their work, publish their results, exchange ideas and network for future scientific and industrial collaborations.
IEEE ENERGYCON 2016 is organized by the University of Leuven (KU Leuven) in partnership with IEEE Region 8 and with the support of the IEEE Benelux Section and the IEEE Joint IAS, PELS and PES Benelux Chapter.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings if at least one author is registered and if the paper is presented at the conference (in compliance with IEEE rules). The conference proceedings will be published in IEEExplore and appear in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) – an integrated index within Web of Science.
Conference topics:
– Smart cities and ICT
– Transmission & Distribution
– Markets and policy for electricity and gas
– Energy conversion
The detailed list of topics, as well as other important information are found in the call for papers in attachment, and check out our website: http://www.ieee-energycon2016.
Looking forward to welcoming you in Leuven,
