We hope that ELNANO-2014 will be the place for all of us to discuss modern ideas, innovative concepts and experimental results in areas of Micro- and Nanotechnology, Biomedical Electronics and Signal/Image Processing, Power Electronics and Electronic Systems from leading universities, research laboratories and industry.

ELNANO-2014 will implement a single blind peer review process. All submitted papers will be provided to three independent anonymous reviewers. All reviewers will obtain after the conference a Certificate as a Reviewer. All reviewers are listed in the Conference Proceedings as a Reviewers. If you wish to become Reviewer, please send your request to elnano@www.ieee.org.ua
