IEEE UKRAINE SECTION CHAPTERS

A Chapter shall be a technical subunit of a Region, one or more Sections, or a Geographic Council. There may be single Society Chapters, joint Society Chapters, and Technical Council Chapters. Responsibility for Chapter management shall rest with the Section, which shall have control of all financial and other assets of the Chapter in carrying out its activities.
Society / Technical Council Chapters are the local link of IEEE Members to the valuable resources available from the IEEE and the 45 IEEE Technical Societies and councils.
Such a Chapter is part of the Section or duly established Regional organization and subject to the control and supervision of the Section(s) or regional organization in which it is located. The promotion, fostering, and guidance (help and advice) of such Chapters shall be the function of the Society, but responsibility for their organization, control, and support shall be with the Section(s) or Regional organization of which they are a part.
