Official language of the IEEE UKRCON-2019 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions.

Each author can submit and present no more than 3 papers. All accepted papers and oral (or poster) presenting at the IEEE UKRCON-2019 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus and Web of Science). “No-show” papers won’t be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. All information about fees, information on how to get to Lviv, visas and the history of the conference can be found in the relevant website menu. Organizing Committee will provide limited number of Travel and Other Grants for participants from developing countries, especially for students, young professionals and women in engineering.
